If your product tears or breaks within the first 30 days from purchase please contact us with a photo or video of what happened, and your full name to info@pupcovery.com. We want to make it easy ! so once we confirm the product is not doing as promised, we will give the option for a refund or exchange. Unfortunately we will not be able to refund the shipping fee. Please note this is only applicable within 30 days after purchase.
Damaged On Arrival
If you are unhappy with your Pupcovery surgery sleeve, please contact us at info@pupcovery.com. Please include the subject “damaged on arrival” in the email subject line. Please also state the problem you faced, any pictures or videos will help us get to the source of the problem and either issue you an exchange or a refund.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to info@pupcovery.com. Once we have received your item at our warehouse we will issue you with a new one. If you do choose to exchange you will not be eligible for a refund.

Do I need to pay return shipping?
We are unable to cover the costs for shipment of a returned item, however we will issue you with a free shipment code, so that your new item is delivered for free.
What if my refund is late or doesn’t show?
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you still have no luck then please get in touch with us.
