  • Shipping rates

    Standard Shipping : 2-6 Business days - 8.99$

    Express Shipping : 1-2 Business days $19.99

    Pre Order Rates : We offer free shipping with an expected delivery window of 4-6 weeks.

  • Remote Regions

    Our standard shipping time of 2-6 working days usually applies to a hub near a remote region. Further delays may be experienced from the courier side. If your package has not arrived within 15 working days then please let us know.

  • International Shipping

    We are currently not offering worldwide shipping.

  • Lost Packages

    In the event that your package has been lost in transit, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. If the courier has misplaced it we will issue you a replacement and follow up with the new tracking number.

  • Custom Delivery Locations

    We understand packages cannot always be left at your door. In this case we suggest you follow up with the associated courier and schedule for pickup from your local post office.

  • Ordered Wrong Item

    If you realised you have ordered the wrong size after purchase, please contact us with your request, then return the item unopened and undamaged to our return address

    We will inspect the item and then issue you an exchange.

    Shipping FAQs

    Will I be charged return or exchange shipping fees ?

    Unfortunately, since shipping fees can vary we will not cover the returned expenses unless the wrong item was mistakenly shipped by us, or the item is noticeable defective on arrival.

    What about your 30 day guarantee ?

    Our 30 day guarantee will cover you with a full refund should the product not last within the first 30 days. If you would like a replacement instead of a refund, we will not re-charge you for the next time the item is shipped.

    Can you arrange next day delivery ?

    Our best delivery is 1-2 business days, with a fee of 20$.

    What if my tracking number doesn't work ?

    Our courier partners are UPS, Fedex & United States Postal Service. Incase your tracking number doesn't work please contact us at info@pupcovery.com so we can follow up with our service providers.

    Missed Deliveries

    Incase you miss the delivery and the package is returned to us, please let us know so we can re-arrange delivery for you free of charge.
