However, they can make it difficult for pets to sleep, eat, drink, or move freely. Instead of the cone, you might choose soft e-collars, inflatable collars, or neck control collars, which limit movement and vision less. It offers protection against licking and scratching while being more flexible and breathable, enabling your pup to move and play without the stress of their injury.

We recommend to periodically check the surgical site, removing the sleeve every couple of days.

In general, most dogs do not require an e-collar when using the Pupcovery®. That said, some dogs with elevated anxiety or a history of destructive chewing might pose a greater risk of trying to chew on the Pupcovery®. Fortunately, many dogs adapt well and leave the sleeve alone. It’s advisable to keep an eye on your dog for the first few hours after applying the sleeve to check for any chewing attempts

Our sleeves are tailored for front legs only, however we will be releasing a second product for the rear legs soon.
