The Pupcovery Vet Partner Program gives veterinary clinics a post-surgery cone alternative they can recommend without stocking inventory. The dog recovery suit covers the incision after spay, neuter, abdominal and orthopedic procedures, with a back zip and tail opening so owners can check the wound and dogs can toilet with the suit on. Clinics start with a free suit to trial on a patient, post one short collab reel, then choose how to work with us: refer clients with a clinic code and earn 15% on every sale made on pupcovery.com, or buy at wholesale and sell in clinic above a protected price floor. Commissions are tracked in an affiliate dashboard and paid monthly as cash, store credit or a donation.

Sizing: six sizes, XS to XXL
- Back length first. Base of the neck, where the collar sits, to the base of the tail. Between sizes, size down; the fabric has plenty of stretch.
- Then the chest. Around the widest part behind the front legs, snug not tight.
- Weight is a cross-check only. Two dogs the same weight can be three sizes apart.

You post a collab reel
Within 30 days, post a short Instagram reel of the suit on a patient as a collaboration post with @pupcovery. A review in your own words is ideal; we may feature it on our product page.

Where a cone is still the right call: wounds on the head, neck or front paws, and dogs that chew through fabric. We would rather you tell clients that than have a suit fail. For spay, neuter, abdominal, hot spots on the trunk, and post-TPLO paired with rest, the suit is the easier recovery.

What counts as a sale
Any order placed on pupcovery.com with your clinic code that is not refunded within 30 days. Sizing exchanges still count. Amazon orders are paid by Amazon under its own program, not by us.
When you are paid
On the 15th of each month for the previous month's qualifying sales, with a statement showing each order, size and amount. No minimum payout.
How you are paid
Bank transfer or PayPal, product credit at trade price (worth more to most clinics), or a donation to a rescue or charity fund you choose. Many practices cannot accept cash referral fees; credit and donation are there for that reason.
Worked example: 20 clients a month use your code at the website price of $32.99 less 10%. That is $89 to your clinic that month, or about 3 suits of credit at trade price.
Pricing rules
One price floor, so nobody undercuts anybody.
The floor protects your margin as much as ours. If one clinic or website sells below it, every other partner loses the sale.
Minimum price: $32.99 per suit
Matches our Amazon price. Reviewed quarterly and may increase; partners get 30 days' notice and the new floor applies to every channel at once.
Wholesale partners may price above the floor freely. Referral partners never set a price; the 10% client discount is applied by us at checkout and sits below the floor only because we fund it.
- No listing of Pupcovery products on Amazon, eBay, Chewy or any marketplace by partners.
- No bundling the suit into a discounted surgery package at an implied price below the floor.
- Clinic codes are for your clients. Codes posted to coupon sites are switched off.
- Say what you have seen, not what we have not proven. No claims that the suit prevents infection or speeds healing.
The collab reel
What we need from you, once.
- 15 to 60 seconds, filmed on a phone, in clinic or at home with a patient wearing the suit.
- Posted as an Instagram collab post with @pupcovery so it appears on both accounts. Film horizontally if you can; we crop for Instagram and keep the wide version for our product page.
- Your honest opinion. Mention the cases you would use it for and any you would not. Viewers trust that more than praise.
- You keep ownership. By posting the collab you let us feature the clip on pupcovery.com and Amazon with your clinic credited; tell us if you would rather we did not.
- No Amazon review is requested or expected. The suit is for your patient, not for a review.

Before you apply
What does the free suit cost us?
Nothing. We ask only for the collab reel within 30 days. If the suit does not suit your practice, keep it for the patient and tell us why; that feedback is worth the suit to us.
How do you track referral sales?
Each clinic gets a unique code for pupcovery.com. Every order using it is logged against your clinic and listed on your monthly statement.
Can we send clients to Amazon instead?
Yes, as an optional extra. Sign up for Amazon Associates (free, takes about ten minutes at affiliate-program.amazon.com), create your own link to our listing, and Amazon pays you its standard commission on those orders directly. We cannot pay the 15% on Amazon sales because Amazon does not share the order with us, so the pupcovery.com code remains the better earner for your clinic and the only route where your clients get 10% off.
What is the trade price for wholesale?
Shared when you apply; it depends on order size. It leaves room for a fair in-clinic margin above the $32.99 floor.
Can we do both tracks?
Yes. Stock a few suits for same-visit sales and hand out your code for clients who prefer to order online or on Amazon.
Which sizes should we keep on hand?
XL and XXL make up about 70% of what we sell; Medium and Large cover most of the rest. We will suggest a starter mix based on your caseload.
Can corporate-group clinics join?
Usually, under the referral track with product credit or donation payouts. Check your group's policy on referral fees; we are happy to put the terms in writing for your practice manager.
